Our ethical promise to you is that we will never test on animals or knowingly purchase from suppliers that allow such acts of cruelty. We are 100% committed to offering a natural, vegan-friendly, sustainably sourced and cruelty-free product.
Payment
We accept PayPal and US-based credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Shipping
We strive to ship within 14 business days of receiving your order excluding weekends and holidays. Our typical turn around time is 5-7 business days. We do offer rush shipping options. Every jar is handmade in small batches and labeled in-house.
We exclusively ship via USPS/UPS to the lower 48 US Domestic states only.
We provide tracking numbers for all orders placed. Please note it will be sent to the email used when the order was placed on the website. Be sure to check your email's spam or junk folder and add hello@butterdepot.com to your contacts list.
Please allow up to 24-36 hours for your parcel to show movement after the tracking number is issued from our system.
We DO NOT offer shipping to APO/FPO, Canada or International addresses.
We do offer shipping to PO Boxes and US-based courier forwarding services.
SUMMER SHIPPING (APPLIES JUNE-OCTOBER)
During the Summer months, it can reach 118 degrees Fahrenheit in Arizona, orders will be shipped Tuesday thru Thursday only. This is applicable between the months of June to October. Please be advised that orders need to be shipped to an address where they will be retrieved immediately. Do not leave your packages on your doorstep, inside hot motor vehicles or mailboxes. We assume no responsibility for melting issues and orders will not be replaced. Butters can be whipped again if melting does occur or placed in a refrigerator. Melting does not negatively impact the properties of the butter.

Refunds
All refunds are processed on a case by case basis and required to be submitted within 2 business days of receiving your order with photos (if applicable). You may email us via our contact us form or hello@butterdepot.com
